3D prototype production to test the item and work on the fine tuning.

Design
The data collection starts and specific softwares for fluid dynamics simulation are used in order to examine the critical aspects of the mould and evaluate its performance in advance.

Approval
When the design is well-defined, the final approval by the customer is requested to start the production.

Construction
Fine-tuning and monitoring of the production process with regular feedback to the customer in order to respect the delivery time.

Test
Final mould test and pre-series trial and final approval.

Delivery
The mould is accurately packaged and it is ready for transport.
